Could any one please assist to let me know which relationship (connector) this is? Is this in Archimate 3? I'm new to Archimate,

[Mastering ArchiMate]

This is the ArchiMate 2 version of the Assignment relation. In ArchiMate 3 it’s directionality is shown by an arrow head at one end.

I would suggest you go to http://ea.rna.nl/ and download the Free Syntax Excerpt of Mastering ArchiMate and study that. It explains the entire syntax.
