Yes,
I was in contact with Alan Webb https://p2pu.org/en/alancwebb/ he is building out the open masters.
I also was given the name of the guy leading the charge with WikiQual, Fred Garnett. https://plus.google.com/u/0/118260620660818488175/posts
I will reach out to both these guys in the next few days to introduce our project and offer support...
