OpenAMP Release 2020.01

This is to announce the release of OpenAMP 2020.01. It's a "catch up"
release that incorporates the low-risk changes proposed for
OpenAMP/libmetal since the last release. See

With the transition of the OpenAMP project to a Linaro open source
project (https://openampproject.org), we anticipate a return to the
normal 6-month release cycle in (approximately) April and October.
