Libmetal and meta-openamp Autumn Release

Hi all,

As part of the autumn release of OpenAMP, I would also like to know what
pull requests and issues on libmetal and meta-openamp you think should
be merged.

I would like to merge https://github.com/OpenAMP/libmetal/pull/100, but
I don't have a good test for the C++ side other than compile checking.

Hi Ed,

i do not test it on my side... I have some concerns about potential regression for C APIs for atomic.

Do you test it on your side, on zephyr and QEMU platform?
