Cloud Maturity Model v4.8 Released

Thank you for previously downloading the Cloud Maturity Model (CMM). We hope you have found it valuable and have been able to utilize it for the benefit of your organization.

We are pleased to announce that a new version (now 4.8) of the CMM is now available, and it features a comprehensive revision of the FinOps (Financial Operations) domain.

FinOps plays a crucial role in optimizing the financial aspects of cloud computing, enabling organizations to effectively measure, manage, and optimize costs, consumption, and resource utilization. In today's business landscape, where economic pressures are intensifying, prioritizing the advancement of mature FinOps practices, such as those outlined in the CMM, becomes crucial. By embracing these practices, organizations can enhance transparency, empower data-driven decision-making, and achieve greater cost efficiency in their cloud operations.

At the Open Alliance for Cloud Adoption (OACA), we greatly appreciate the feedback and suggestions we receive from our users. We are actively working on bringing some of the earlier domains up to date based on this valuable input.
