Announcing Cloud Maturity Infographic and version 4.10 of the Cloud Maturity Model (CMM)

The Open Alliance for Cloud Adoption is pleased to announce the availability of two new resources designed to help organizations navigate the evolving cloud and AI landscape:

1. The New CMM Infographic

We have released a high-level infographic that provides a visual overview of the CMM framework. This tool is designed to help stakeholders quickly understand the structure of the model and the critical domains required for a mature cloud strategy.

2. Cloud Maturity Model (CMM) Questionnaire Workbook v4.10

Following our recent updates to the AI domain, version 4.10 further refines the model to ensure it remains the industry standard for self-assessment. This update includes:

• Control Question Reference IDs

Each question in the CMM now includes a persistent reference identifier (e.g., 27.P.2) to make it easier to reference and align across versions, visualizations, and team discussions

• Updated Control Questions and Continuums

OACA contributors have refined the language and maturity continuums for the 52 control questions featured in the new infographic tool. These updates improve clarity, consistency, and usability.

We encourage you to download the new version and utilize the infographic to socialize the CMM’s value within your organization.
