Also, in response to a couple of additional requests:

1. Will - I looked into your problem and updated the diagram. You
need to run continuous power to your Bosch REX sensor. There may also
be a "disable" line you can activate, or you can slip a cover over the
PIR sensor. The exit button will still work.

2. Videoman - The REX sensor probably has an "open" LED you can use.
Otherwise, a diode and a wire tapped into the relay output (if you
switch GND instead of power) will activate the LED in your reader. Or
you can power a separate "door open" light this way.
