AAA Meeting Abstracts open access

Hi folks,

The recent AAA survey about a future online resource of Meeting
Abstracts prompted me to blog on a missing option in that survey:
making it open access. I discuss the different scenarios present and
argue that the AAA is overlooking the benefit they would get from
making such a resource available online.
