I don't have an OpenReviw account, but after I registered, it told me that it would take 2 weeks to activate this account. However, this would result in missing the final submission date for my report. What should I do？

Hi, if you can not register openreview in time, you can upload your paper at https://cloud.tsinghua.edu.cn/d/a784266849cc4587bd60/ by the submission deadline.

The final version needs to be uploaded to openreview when your registration is done.
