Dear KDD CUP OAG-Challenge organizers,
My name is Keiichi Ochiai, from NTT DOCOMO, Japan.
I received the invitation for OAG-Challenge and agreed.
I am assigned a paper titled " KDD Cup 2024 OAG-Challenge Paper Source Tracing 5th Place Solution" (paper #19)
but the author is my old colleague. So, I decline to review this paper.
