Hi,
First, congrats on the new paper "OAG-Bench: A Human-Curated Benchmark for Academic Graph Mining"!

I'm reaching out to you because I've built a tool to help us researchers find and explore papers worth reading first, and I believe you might find it useful. It's called Trending Papers:

https://trendingpapers.com

Following computer science research has become increasingly hard as the pace of innovation accelerates. The number of new articles has grown at 27% CAGR for the past 20 years. 240 new papers have been filed daily on average over the past 12 months. And the number is growing: last month, there were well over 300 new papers on average every single day.

The system is based on several ML/NLP algorithms (the main is PageRank) - the basics of how it works are described in trendingpapers.com/faq.

I'd really appreciate it if you would try it out. Hope it helps!

Thanks,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

I find your website very helpful. Could you please inform me about the frequency of citation number updates?

Hi Fanjin,
Thanks! The database is always synched with ArXiv. The system runs a full update on a daily basis.
It starts at 7 am UTC and usually finishes around 8:30 am UTC (today it was finished 8:21).
I wrote overall technical details here (https://trendingpapers.com/faq); nevertheless, if you have any questions/comments/inputs please let me know.
Cheers!
Carlos
