OAG 3.2: invalid link

Hi there,

I'm now using OAG 3.2, the version published this year.

However, the publication_14.zip (https://opendata.aminer.cn/dataset/v5_oag_publication_14.zip) cannot be accessed with the "404" error (invalid link?).

Could you fix this?
