「蛤蟆功」又稱「蛤蟆氣功」、「內壯易筋經」、「抗力氣功」
,以前屬少林祕術,由滄洲功力門-王鳳亭老師所傳,內容與目前少林寺
所公開的蛤蟆功有若干不同,也有相同部份!
練法先「揉」,後「打」!壯者可由輕打入手!
部位分胸、中腹、下腹,共30掌!
功法項目程序,揉打、散氣、扣齒、運氣、嚥氣、彎蹲
手法,揉者用掌,打者用拳、綠豆、石、等!
蛤蟆功,練身體弱處,使堅強有力,能抗外力打擊!
好幾年前,有一總統府憲兵向我學拳,我跟他說不用練抗打,
他就很有抗擊力了,叫其他人也打他胸腹,都挨的住,
這是因為他們幾乎每天操練伏地挺身、仰臥起坐,肌肉結實的很,
自然有抗擊力,所以未教他抗打!
這些功法,現代人很少會想練了,肌肉練結實較快、合時吧!
