Oh, sorry, I accidentally forgot to add that file. If you `svn up`, it
should be there now.

Now it seems I'm missing the content from the res/raw folder. I have allot of build errors, but I suspect it will be fixed when the content can be resolved.Looking forward to trying this out=)

The res/raw folder needs to be manually populated with model data.
Doing that is at the moment a bit involved :-( (help appreciated), but
I've updated BUILDING.txt with fairly detailed steps on how to do
that.
