reverse opt out

Hello,

I was contacted by a voter who didn't receive the link. OpaVote is showing me "This voter has opted out of receiving emails for all OpaVote elections". Is there a way for them to opt back in?

Hi Julia,

Please have them email me directly and we will opt them back in.

Note that this is only effective for future elections.
