I'm managing an election for my organization.  

I tried to sign in using the special email address set up by my organization.  However, then I get a popup asking me to sign in through my personal Google account.  That's OK, but once the vote is set up, my personal email appears as the contact in case any one voting has questions.

When I tried to change the personal email to the special email on the account screen, it's prevented by OpaVote because the special email address is already associated with some other account.

So I can't seem to log in with the special email address, or change my account address to the special email address.  How do I get out of this loop?

I suspect your personal gmail is somehow linked to your organization email at google.  We are not linking the two.

On the account page, you can change the email address that is shown to voters.

I have this exact same issue.  I am trying to create an account for my org that is not a Google/Microsoft/Facebook account.  I don't see how to create an account that does not use one of those logins.

Hi Casey,

I deleted your account so you can create a new one.  Make sure to select the password login option.
