All emails are pending

Hi there, my organisation have started an election on opavote, however every single one of the emails have been stuck on pending for over an hour and the money has yet to be removed from my account.There shouldn't be any issues with the email addresses used as they have all been used in prior elections without difficulty.

I am curious if there is anything I should do at this juncture or if this is a technical issue or either your or my end.
