Finding who would have won next

Hi.

After a successful election using Opavote in November last year, we had a casual vacancy occur, and would like to know who would have won next. There were 16 candidates and 7 positions, but I'm interested to know if there were 8 positions, who would it have been. It could be good to be able to approach that person and see if they would be interested in filling the casual vacancy.

Is there a way to do this once the election is over?

Hi Andrew,

You can create a Count with the same election settings, but 8 open positions, and upload the ballot files from your previous election to it. That would give you the information you're looking for.
