One of our voters had her ballot bounce back because her email inbox was full. She has since cleared the inbox and would like me to send the ballot again to the same email address. I can't figure out how to resend the ballot to the same address, since her email address is now on the 'rejected' list.
I tried to 'disable voter' and then add her email address again, but the system said it was a duplicate address and wouldn't resend.
Any other ideas? Or do I have to ask her to provide another email address? Thanks!
