Assign voters to some/all contests

Is there a way in OpaVote to have only a subset of voters be eligible to vote in some of the contests? For example, a county-wide election with some contests that would apply to all county voters, and then some district-level contests where only residents of a particular district could vote in the contest for that district. Trying to avoid having to split this up into multiple elections since it's difficult enough getting people to open one email versus having to send out multiple election notices. Thanks!

I don't think this feature currently exists, but I know that I'd also find it useful.
