Voter insists her ballot came days after I sent it

Hello, 

I had a voter reach out for a ballot. We had an invalid email so I sent it to the current email and let her know it was sent. This was on Saturday morning. The election ended the following Monday morning. 

She reached out after the election ended and said that she didn't get the ballot until Monday morning. 

Doe this happen sometimes? If so, why?  

Could the ballot have been hung up somewhere in cyberspace on Opavote's end or her end? 

Is there a way to show when her ballot was sent from Opavote?  

I tend to think she just couldn't find it but I want to say I looked into it. This never happened before in all my years of running elections with Opavote.
