Bug: cannot verify account

Hi team,

I am unable to complete account setup because OpaVote is not sending its verification email. I have tried with two separate email addresses and haven't had any luck.

The addresses in question are:

I'm satisfied the issue isn't the emails being classified as spam. I've checked email logs and confirmed no receipt of the emails.

The addresses are hosted within Google Workspaces but they are Google Group addresses, rather than accounts. The use of OpaVote is intended to be shared amongst a small team, so using Google SSO logins isn't a viable option for us.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

For the first email, we have this error:
The email account that you tried to reach is disabled. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DisabledUser z3-20020a05620a260300b0071be54da3basi8600517qko.292

For the second, an email was delivered on Oct. 5 and opened 5 times.

I am copying both to see if they work.  If they do, I can unblock the first.
