When I click the button to View Ballots, is the ballot order chronological or randomized?

It is randomized.

Yes, that is an option when you configure the election.  Turn on expert mode to see that.

Silly question; Where is the expert button?  I am in the preliminary stages of using this system, but I cannot find the expert button.
