opauth problem with url that use query string

My website use query string url like: index.php?com=login&app=google, but what opauth need is something like /login/google.

How can I config Opauth to work with it?

I would implement url rewriting in a .htaccess file so your website use userfriendly urls. It will solve your problem and it's good for SEO too. More info and a how-to here.
