CakePHP plugin for Opauth callback error facebook

i have followed the above, but still i am getting the issue:
from :http://localhost/delyver/auth/facebook
returning to this:
http://localhost/auth/callback#=

I am using cakephp 2.5.3

i have attached the bootstap and routes.files
