Theway I am interpreting that (and will gladly accept any correction) is that +1 will give you that first 50% chance for an additional attack, whereas +2 will give you a 50% chance for the extra attack, and if the first extra attack occurs, another will follow.

Do you have multi-attack on any of your equipped items?[/quote]

It is epic affix, not legend. It is possible to have EAC once with epic affix and once with mythstone. Also there is some bug from time to time with 2 times EAC affix.

Lescovar will dismiss his guards and wait for Marzon out here in thegarden. After you catch wind of talk about the Defias, make your move. You need to kill them both before the guards return! When you're done, speak to Trias.

Tyrion is involved in the Cut Scene that happens before you attackLescovar and Marzon. If he does not provide you the option to start thisquest, it may be that he is involved in that cut scene. Wait a few minutes, and he should become available.

As described above in the cut scene, Lescovar and Marzon come out andhave their discussion. When the conversation is over, Lescovar will turnneutral, and Marzon will also neutral as of patch 2.4. (prior to patch 2.4, he was hostile)

You need to get credit for killing both of these NPCs. If someone elseaggros one or the other, you may not get credit. If this happens, drop thequest and take it again (waiting for Tyrion to reset, if necessary). Creditfor killing one or the other may be remembered and carry over (verified).

Attack the Convoy and Starving Citizen are not hard to miss. Rescue citizens from wolf attack missions are harder to find. You have to get 5 of them to get to 100% sync. Are there fixed points where they spawn?

All the spawn points for these missions are in fixed locations. For the Starving Citizen and Wolf Attack missions, once you complete them you can walk away (make sure it's well off your mini-map) and then walk back and they will respawn in the same exact spot. For the Convoy missions, I never had much luck with getting them to respawn. It took me a while of randomly walking around on the roads and hoping as I approached a spawn point that it would pop up. I had better luck getting them to spawn by not walking directly on the road, but walking off to the side of the road. Not sure if that actually contributes to anything though.

A quick and easy way I've heard about that works for convoys and starving citizens (wish I had known about before) is to wait until you get the "Mission Complete" notification after completing them, then just Pause and Quit the game. Load the game back up and you will spawn back in the same location next to the mission at hand and you can complete it again. Waiting for the game to load will probably take less time than running around waiting for them to spawn.

As for saving citizens, I've heard that some people have had luck with only attacking one or two of the wolves, then letting the third wolf maul and kill you. You will respawn there with all three attacking again, and it will consider the previous mission as complete, allowing you to do it again. I can't confirm this, though, as in my experience it only gave me the "Mission Complete" notification after I had killed all three. Worth a try though.

Actually there seem to be fixed points where the Rescue Citizen missions spawn. Also when you finish the mission you can set a marker on the mission's location, walk away from it and then return to find a citizen being attacked by wolves again.

I hit accept. It was then that all hell broke loose! My helmet lit up like a Christmas tree. Aggro stars to the max. Four Sentinels with search beams spawned in just outside the building --two on one side and two on the other, weaving back and forth, gunning for me:

Prior to BEYOND, if you were given a quest to destroy a depot, you had to do it on foot, using your multitool. If you used your ship, the quest would bug out, and could never be completed. The only solution in some cases was to go back to an earlier save (if you could).

Thery were introduced with NEXT, the second wave of sentinels will be advanced sentinels with shields. You can actually shoot through the armour by hitting them side or back or right in the eyeball. Eyeball is weakness of advanced sentinels so does double damage too. Oh, they can also Heal quads. Watxh out for that, it terrified the crap out of me when I first seen it happen.

BlackSuit has named 53 organizations on its data-leak site since commencing operations. Its victims are largely US-based but range in industry vertical; the group has targeted the education, industrial-goods-and-services, and construction sectors. This targeting pattern strongly suggests a financial motivation with a focus on critical sectors that either have smaller cybersecurity budgets or a low tolerance for downtime, thereby increasing the likelihood of a successful attack or a speedy ransom payment.

Throughout this investigation, we observed BlackSuit favoring well-known and well-researched TTPs. The threat actor used tools like PsExec, remote desktop protocol (RDP), and Rubeus, which are all well represented in historical intrusion events. This reinforces the need for organizations to employ defense-in-depth strategies, which can help shift the burden back to the attacker and force them to come up with new techniques to accomplish their goal.

The firewall was a non-primary VPN gateway at a disaster recovery site and was not configured to enforce MFA or certificate requirements, both of which were enforced for other firewalls, enabling the initial foothold.

Centralized Configuration Management for Network Devices: Using centralized change management and version control to deploy network device configurations instead of managing devices individually will cut down on misconfigurations, and, when paired with an automated inventory mapping solution, will help to ensure there are no hidden misconfigured or legacy devices.

Approximately ten days after initial access, BlackSuit used this newly gained account access to authenticate to a Windows server. The attacker then downloaded a custom payload that allowed them to load Rubeus, a toolkit for Kerberos abuse, into PowerShell, rather than ingress a compiled binary. This process is similar to those of popular offensive toolkits like PowerSharpPack.

Disabling Weak Encryption: Kerberoasting is difficult to mitigate entirely because anyone can request a ticket-granting service (TGS) ticket for any service principal name (SPN) to crack offline. However, there are steps that can be taken to put the burden on the adversary and make it an unattractive option.

We overwhelmingly see attackers use Kerberoasting by taking advantage of weak encryption support (specifically RC4) in conjunction with weak account passwords. Organizations should disable the ability to request weak encryption types, which is often more straightforward than retroactively enforcing password complexity.

The investigation into the BlackSuit ransomware attack revealed a relatively straightforward set of TTPs. Our analysis identified initial access via brute forcing, lateral movement facilitated by tools like PsExec, and successful exfiltration through FTP. These techniques are not novel, and their continued success highlights the efficacy of the techniques and the difficulty of appropriate mitigation. In this case, correctly configuring the VPN, more complete endpoint visibility, and implementing automated response or containment plays could have prevented impact earlier in the attack chain. By ensuring you have the correct defenses and configurations in place, straightforward TTPs like those highlighted in this case study can be detected and prevented in the early stages, minimizing or stopping any impact on your organization.

Recommendation - Kingdom Bosses should have similar attack values at comparable Gear Scores as other first-encountered enemies. Also, consider applying the Spirit Shield to Boss Damage as well as mana gain. An even more radical suggestion by @Zudaio in a previous thread was to eliminate the attack damage entirely!

Immunity to all Status Effects makes the Event boring

I can understand the likely thinking behind this choice, but as it stands right now, all it has done is made the gear/spell choice for kingdom events extremely narrow. Not only do you lose the build up effect of certain potential spell damage bonuses, but many mana-producing and other effects occur from the enemy having a specific debuff, all of which are lost due to the boss immunity. Without these options, it eliminates the utility of dozens of spell and gear choices and leaves all players with very little creativity in their Kingdom Defense.
