Some new applications of kernel methods

ще изнесе проф. Пандо Георгиев, ИМИ-БАН 

Abstract:

We will revisit the Kernel Principal Component Analysis method 

for dimensionality reduction and will discuss its realization when 

the data is in tensor train format. We will show how this method 

can be used for subspace clustering in Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Spaces, 

which will reveal non-linear clusters in the initial space.

We will also revisit the Kernel Regression, will apply it to 

multiclass learning problems and will discuss

its connection with non-linear clustering.
