The first mission of internationalizing OpenPNE3

Hi,

Most of templates in OpenPNE3 contains many Japanese words. It is very
difficlut to translate.

I think that the starting point of internationalizing OpenPNE3 is
"Banishing Japanese Words to Dictionary File".

I want to start that but I have todo for developing OpenPNE3 core. So
I'll do that in my free time.
Is there someone that wants to be a leader of "Banishing Japanese
Words to Dictionary File" project?
