How to install OpenPNE3 in cpanel based hosting service?

I knew I could install OpenPNE3 through command line following this
page:

But I couldn't use command line when using cpanel based hosting
service. Maybe there could exists one tutorial for people who need to
setup OpenPNE3 manually(FTP)?
It's not that hurry. I could setup it in local and copy the whole
folder to remote. But it would be great to know the requirements and
steps of OpenPNE3 without dive into the code. ;)
