I wonder how one would find out about the availability of these nacelles. I’ve never seen news anywhere of decommissioned wind turbines in the US or seen their parts turn up on the tech salvage market. Would have some advantages over recycled container housing in that they would be lighter and more easily modified with window inserts as they could be easily cut into to mount RV/boat type window frames, though they could not be stacked or easily combined and would still need heavy equipment to position. They could probably easily make use of helical pier foundations.
