Why is there a line through Pandora, Last.fm, MP3tunes and/or Scanned directories?

Those playlists/features require some manual setup, for the first 3,
you need to put in your account information (username/password) for
them to be enabled.
For the Scanned Directories, you need to choose some directories to
scan and make available through ooTunes.
Both of those actions can be done in a regular browser by double
clicking on the playlist name, which should bring you to the
appropriate setup page. You can also simply uncheck "enabled" which
will hide any playlist type, if you don't plan to use them or don't
want to see them.
