Cisco PIX501 Firewall

Does any one have a working config that allow the server to work. I
am attemping to get the helper app to pass and it fails on the
firewall test.

Here are the lines I added to my config.

access-list Outside_ACL permit tcp any host 192.168.1.49 eq 1979
access-list Outside_ACL permit tcp any any eq 1979
static (inside,outside) tcp interface 1979 192.168.1.49 1979 netmask
255.255.255.255 0 0
access-group Outside_ACL in interface outside
