ooTunes app stuck on "logging in" with last update version 4 of ooTunes

If you updated to the latest version of the ooTunes Radio app and find
that launching it you get a "bad username or password" error or just a
black screen with "logging in..." showing, the problem is that you at
some point enabled "autologin" in the app's settings, but didn't put
in a username (probably because you don't have or need one, as they
are only needed if you are using the ooTunes Server software on your
computer).

To fix this, you'll need to do 2 things:

1) Force the app to exit:

- Press the home (the circular front) button on the device (to leave
the app you're in).
- Double-press the home button and a list of recently used apps should
appear.
- Tap and hold the app icon until they start wiggling.
- Tap the red "-" on the app you want to quit.

Then:
2) change the ooTunes setting to turn OFF "autologin":

Go to "settings" app on the device, scroll down and in the "ooTunes"
section, turn OFF "autologin" and then launch the app again.
