In order for your computer to automatically run ooTunes Server when
the computer reboots, you need to set it as a login program (ooTunes
doesn't doesn't install itself to do so automatically).

To do so, add a link to the ooTunes.exe to the "startup" folder on
windows,

or

on a MAC drag the ooTunes app icon to the dock, right click on the
dock and pick "open at login" then you can remove it from the dock.

Both of these options will require the account to run ooTunes to be
logged for the server to run.
