only two failures in Java unit tests left

Only two test cases for the Java code fail. I have corrected all the
other test cases to use local resources only and fixed some problems
in the source code.
It would be great if we could also fix the remaining two problems. I
have created entries in the issue tracker.

Sometime its hard to see what its failing. But we need to be green in all the TEAM ENGINE tests

Hi Jesper,

Looks like you are improving the java code structure in general; great!
I'm not going to update my code image for the time being but a document or README describing the required developer infrastructure (I think maven, right?) and any other noteworthy changes and instructions to set everything up, would be highly appreciated when the time comes.  :)
