This seems to explain his disappearance to me...

Any idea if it is the same guy and whatever happened with making the
software open?

It would be nice to know if he is interested in selling the ooPIC and
Soundgin intellectual property so that someone else could continue to
manufacture and support them.

Scott is alive and well. Yes, he was at Q-Track until very recently...
the economy is hurting us all.

The article does not explain his 'disappearance' at all. Rather, it
simply reaffirms that Scotty is just doing what Scotty has always done
lol. Blair could not have picked a better guy for the job!

We chatted just yesterday about making the old firmware open source
but there are other things in the background that we, the general
public, don't get to know about all the time. Lets just say it is on
Scotts mind.
