With this app you can set a time and Wi-Fi would be automatically turned on or off even app is not running and phone is locked. 

Also you can schedule to run at the same time everyday.

You can schedule multiple alarms to turn on/off Wi-Fi.

Click on the unschedule to deactivate all the alarms that have been set.

Using this app you can schedule to automatically 

a) Turn WiFi on or off.

b) Turn on or off to pick Calls Automatically.

c) Silent or UnSilent(Normal mode) your phone.

Each Schedule can be done multiple times in a day.

Also you can schedule to run at the same time everyday.

Click on the unschedule and choose the type and all the alarms of the given type would be unscheduled.

To deactivate automatic pick calls set a alarm to 'Dont Automatically Pick Calls'
