Game gets called off because of record high scoring?

Preston and James's game got called off half way through the 1st half because they were on track to set new oooba scoring records. Max Weidner had the record and was the reff that called the game. He obviously knew it would be broken by the two best scorers in the league. Both players tried their hardest to not allow any break away dunks, which would have given the opponent all of the momentum. You can't say that they weren't trying, since they both had double doubles with points and rebounds. I guess the game made the rest of the oooba players jealous of Preston and James's scoring ability.
