Not yet, but very close.  The WeakSchlong was held this past summer at Western Washington U. - they conned a couple 'dents into providing free food & lodging and small fish for Shamu Sawinski. The relo to Seattle for the WeakSchlong was due to Assets Recovery firms going after cash flows in California. No doubt the Bob did turn in ALL the cash. Sure he did,

Summary
1 left in Tustin CA, Orange County because that's where the money is, after the Moo failures in San Diego County. And now the Kim can say, "...they will say they learned form me, but they did not."
3 left in Seattle. For fun, go to Seattle Sec of State Corp Search and use "Moo Doe" - you will find the pending expiry dates. Many previous Moos bailed out early and submitted their closures to SoS ahead of schedule.
2 left in PA, possibly one 1, if there still are 2, one is believed to be induhpendent, keeping the cash for themselves, their certain case concerning.
3 left in MA, don't believe everything you see on the Web, - most of them are defunct. Lucier may be in name only on his bit, selling "ownership" off to a newbie dupe with family cash. Heilman started another business called "Exploros" which is supposedly a computer training company. Moo HQ must be pleased to see one more (temporary) cash flow potential.
1 left in FL, an newbie dupe partnered with Rich MacDonald, whilst Wayne Lenihan, the former County Sheriff, got out.
So, we have between 8 to 10 places of Moo worship remaining, this could be the last year for Moo where they have to pay licensing fees to the Kim Family Trust, and instead, they just say "Moo" and keep the cash.
All of the last few Moos are very tiny holes in the wall, most are under 1,000 sq ft, The days of "schools the size of shopping centers''' are long gone.
But the virus does, sadly, persist.
