Second monitor in Onyx 4.6

I can't seem  to get the output to go to my second monitor in Onyx 4.6...  I had to upgrade due to a new computer (I forget which version I had before), but since upgrading, the output seems to always be in the upper left corner of my main monitor, with no way of moving it over.

Any ideas?  is this just the way this version is for now?

find the file settings.xml (either in appdata or in my documents) and put fullscreen=1

make sure you are in extended desktop mode in windows control panel

I can't find the settings.xml file for 4.6 (there is a remnant file from 4.3 in My Documents/ovj/Onyx-vj/settings) but it doesn't have a fullscreen tag in it anywhere.  There's a default.xml in c:\Program Files\Onyx-VJ\root\settings, but it doesn't have a fullscreen tag in it either.

add <fullscreen>1</fullscreen> to settings/core/render/bitmapdata

That doesn't seem to make any difference, the output display is always in the upper left corner of the primary monitor, with nothing on the secondary monitor.  I am in extended desktop.
