Reasoner or true triple-store interface?

I'm creating ontologies with inverseOf properties. I don't believe
OntoWiki populates implied relationships that need to be inferred. Is
there a way to connect a reasoner to OntoWiki to take advantage of
inferencing? Or how much work would it be to swap out the MySQL triple-
store with a different triple-store such as AllegroGraph that has a
reasoning engine built in?
