Beginner's Accessing Ontology Model Using Custom Web Interface

Hello,

We are developing a project based on our ontology model in ontowiki. 

Our progress : 

1)Imported our model in Ontowiki

2)Queried our model using SPARQL in ontowiki

We would like to build web interface such that we could query our ontology model. Please advice from were(location to place our code) to get started from. 

Our back ground:proficient in php and mysql. Starting to learn SPARQL
