Function from SPARQL to SQL

Hello,

I am quite new to Ontop and I know that this is what could be done through CLI but

Question: Does there exist a Java API or a function, such that, it takes an input OWL2 QL TBox and a UCQ (in SPARQL or other formats) and returns another UCQs that, if directly evaluated over an ABox, returns the same answer set that you would get by evaluating the first query over the full ontology? Implementing a reasoning algorithm like PerfectRef.
