Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. I want to set up a SPARQL endpoint on my Windows machine with docker-compose with mySQL database. I  have property, ontology, and obda files in the input folder and the jdbc driver in the jdbc folder as shown in the tutorials. The driver I am using is the platform-independent driver as I did not find any driver specific for Windows machines.

I have added the driver to the path and made sure that the MySQL workbench server is running however I am getting the same error.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Thank you.
Agnes

Dear Agnes,

did you place the MySQL jdbc driver into the directory jdbc/ , which is a subdirectory of your ontop installation?

Yours,
Peter

If you are using docker-compose, was the jdbc driver in the directory before the first time you ran the docker commands. The JDBC driver may not have been added to the docker image. try deleting the docker image and re-running the docker compose commands.
