embarrassingly easy driver question

Just starting with onto (latest version) in Protege 5.5.0

I am trying to install a JDBC driver to an MS SQL Server database.  I had success installing the h2 tutorial driver, but when I try to install this one using the Protege Preferences widget, I cannot get any response from the "OK" button.  Here are the specifics:

JDBC Driver parameters

Description: MS-SQLServer-JDBC

Class name: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver

Driver file (jar): /Users/markphillips/Projects/JDBC_Driver/mssql-jdbc-9.4.0.jre16.jar

This is Mac OS Big Sur.
