Hi all,

Stardog has a concept of running a SPARQL query in a predefined set of named graphs. It's called reasoning schema: https://docs.stardog.com/inference-engine/#reasoning-with-multiple-schemas

Is it something feasible with Ontop? I mean, defining named graphs and then telling Ontop which subset of graphs I want my query to be targeted for resolution?

Thanks,

Guohui Xiao

Hi,

Indeed, Ontop supports named graphs.

For the syntax of such mapping, have a look at:

Then, in SPARQL queries, you can use the GRAPH keyword. Note that, we don't support FROM [NAMED] in SPARQL yet.

Hey,

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but could you please add the GRAPH mapping syntax to the tutorial? I couldn't find it in the documentation.

Hi Martynas,

Indeed, we still need to add a page about the OBDA syntax to the documentation.

Best,
Benjamin
