TheTerms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person ("User") using the services of Speednet infomedia Pvt. for making Bill payments through an online mode through payment gateway . Speednet infomedia Pvt.'s website i.e. Speednet infomedia Pvt. Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Speednet infomedia Pvt. respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the User is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the User's permission, as covered in this Privacy Policy.


This Privacy Policy describes Speednet infomedia Pvt.'s treatment of personally identifiable information that Speednet infomedia Pvt. collects when Useris on the Speednet infomedia Pvt.'s website. Speednet infomedia Pvt. does not collect any unique information about the User (such as User's name, email address, age, gender etc.) except when the User specifically and knowingly provide such information on the Website. Like any business interested in offering the highest quality of service to clients, Speednet infomedia Pvt. may, from time to time, send email and other communication to the User tell them about the various services, features, functionality and content offered by Speednet infomedia Pvt. website or seek voluntary information from you.


The Service is provided in order to facilitate access to view and pay services online. Speednet infomedia Pvt. or the Payment Service Provider(s) do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified in the Website for this purpose. By accepting/ agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid online payment Service is entirely at own risk and responsibility of the User.


All sales of Recharge / subscription/ Installation charges all are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the subscription you purchase recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Speednet infomedia Pvt. is not responsible for any purchase or Recharge for an incorrect account.


However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on acco...@speednetinfomedia.in. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or User name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number. Speednet infomedia Pvt. shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.


The most common SPEEDNET email format is [first_initial][last] (ex. jd...@speednet.pl), which is being used by 81.6% of SPEEDNET work email addresses.


Other common SPEEDNET email patterns are [first].[last] (ex. jane...@speednet.pl) and [first][last_initial] (ex. ja...@speednet.pl). In all, SPEEDNET uses 3 work email formats.


Login to wizbiz.net.nz webmail

(NB Please remember only your user name is needed for a user...@wizbiz.net.nz email address not the complete email address). NB: reminder wizbiz email service is being terminated shortly so can you please make contact to have a forward on your current email address setup. From 16 September you will no longer be able to send emails through our service but you can continue to receive emails as normal.

Login to check WIZwireless data - if it doesn't automatically go to Netstats page then please use your login and password as supplied

Login to check Rural Zone RBI data - only for those customers who are on the RBI1 service over the mobile network.


If you think you will go over your monthly limit please make contact to request a data bundle or upgrade to the new plan. If you exceed your monthly data allowance you will be billed $10 per lots of 10GB data bundle, at your usual speed for the rest of your billing month. Data bundle options:


If you wish to change your data plan when this will be activated during the current billing period if possible. If you wish to terminate your subscription with WIZwireless there will be a fee if it's within your contract ie 1 month or 12 months depending on contract. If you are outside of any contract period then the fee is equivalent of 1 month's subscription so it is best to ring a while before you plan to move so we can prepare the admin for the uninstall. An installer will visit to uninstall the radio equipment if required.
