Failed to visit online HOBBIT platform

Dear coordinator:

Sorry to bother you.

I'm sorry but I failed to visit the online HOBBIT platform now. The webpage shows the 'gateway timeout' error.

I'm in China. I've tried VPN but it doesn't help. :(

I wonder what's the reason for this and what should I do to visit the online platform to submit our system.
