Call for Systems: OAEI 2026 Bio-ML and DISO Tracks

Hello everyone,

Submissions are open for two OAEI 2026 tracks:
Bio-ML, redesigned with new global alignment and local ranking tasks for biomedical ontologies:
 https://bio-ml.oaei-ml.org/
DISO-OAEI, a new track covering defence, intelligence, cybersecurity, command and control, and related domains:
 https://diso.oaei-ml.org/
The submission process has also changed. Each task now has its own CodaBench competition, with datasets, validators, submission instructions, and evaluation details available on the track websites.
Submission deadline: 1 September 2026, 00:00 Anywhere on Earth
We welcome established ontology matching systems as well as new ML, LLM-based, neurosymbolic, and experimental approaches. Participation in one or multiple tasks is possible.
