Alex,

An evolving foundation impllies that there is no possibility of a fixed formal ontology for math.  There is no fixed formal ontology for any subject that has new discoveries at a fundamental level -- that includes every branch of science, technology, business, and life.

Conclusion:  Every ontology is subject to change at any and every level.  There can be no fixed, final, best foundation for ontology.

Yes, I will be talking about the Cantor revolution today.  For a more thorough treatment, see

K. Baclawski. Much Ado about Everything. J. Wash. Acad. Sci. 109(4):49-68. (2023) http://washacadsci.org/Journal/Journalarticles/V.109.4%20-%20Much%20Ado%20About%20Everything%20-%20K.%20Baclawski.pdf

I will also talk about truth.  I presented an approach to proof using explanation rather than truth at the Ontology Summit 2019 Explanations https://s3.amazonaws.com/ontologforum/OntologySummit2019/Narrative/ProofAsExplanationAndNarrative--KenBaclawski_20190130.pdf
